How to Subscribe

Visit your nearest Etisalat Business Center, Outlet or call 101 to switch your Prepaid Wasel line immediately.

Note: For migrations performed through 101, the line will be limited to a maximum usage of calls and SMS per month. To enjoy unlimited usage, visit any Etisalat Business Center anytime and submit the documents needed.

Documents Required

For Locals

A copy of the National ID, UAE Driving License Or Passport.

For Expatriates

For existing Postpaid Subscriber (Landline, Internet or Postpaid Mobile):

A copy of the National ID, UAE Driving License or Passport with a valid residence visa.

For non existing Postpaid Subscriber (Landline, Internet or Postpaid Mobile)

A copy of the National ID, UAE Driving License or Passport with a valid residence visa.

PLUS one of the following:

A photo copy of the subscriber's Credit Card OR

A copy of the Salary Certificate with a minimum salary of AED 1500 OR

A copy of 3 months Bank Statements.
