This is a specialized software package that switches on screen text to voice reading in Arabic and English.
The software is offered on a lease-to-own basis with fixed  ”Al Shamil” and “10G“ 3G mobile broadband Internet access services, both for “Freedom” special needs customers as well as regular customers.

• At the end of any of the three years, you can quit without any additional charge.

To subscribe to IBSAR Bundle, just visit your nearest Etisalat Business/Service Center.

• Upon subscription, you will receive the “Etisalat Broadband Bundle Subscription Certificate”, which will make you eligible to Claim the software from Sakhr Company.
• The Software fees will be billed in monthly installment on your subscribed bill.
• During the subscription period, you are eligible for any software upgrades released by sakhr.

Please bring the following documents when applying for the service:

UAE National: Valid Passport copy or any other positive identification.
GCC National: Valid Passport copy and any proof of stay in the UAE
Expatriates: Valid Visa and Passport copy.

You will be committed to a 1 year contract. It is up to you to renew for the 2 subsequent year in order to have the ownership of the IBSAR software.
The eligibility to own the IBSAR software is the completion of 3 years (36 months) of IBSAR bundle subscription.
